Sustainability
What we can support with evidence — and what we don't claim.
This page is meant to be read, not skimmed for a badge. Every claim below has a recorded evidence source and a verification date. Where we have not verified something, we say so instead of implying it.
Material approach
Inputs are chosen against a written specification for each product line, agreed before production begins and recorded per batch. Where an alternative material is proposed, it is evaluated against that specification before it replaces the existing one — a change in material is a documented decision, not a quiet substitution.
Product lifecycle philosophy
Manufacturing
Production runs are logged, so a finished unit can be traced back to the inputs and batch it came from.
Packaging
Packaging format is specified per order size — bulk formats reduce material per unit on larger dealer orders.
In use
Products are specified for a defined use case; product pages state that use case rather than implying general suitability.
End of life
Where we have written disposal guidance for a product, it appears on that product's page.
Verified claims
Every claim below was verified against a recorded evidence source. Nothing appears here without one.
No claims are published yet
As product evidence is reviewed and verified, claims will appear here and on the relevant product page — never before.
What we do not claim
We do not describe a product as biodegradable, compostable, plastic-free, soil-safe or non-toxic, and we do not display a certification mark, unless a verified claim on that product's page says so with a recorded evidence source. We do not publish invented statistics about carbon, water or waste savings. Where we have not verified something, this page and every product page say so plainly rather than staying silent.
Responsible disposal
Disposal guidance is written per product, because the correct handling depends on the specific material and local waste infrastructure. Where guidance exists for a product, it is published on that product's own page under “Disposal guidance” rather than as a general statement here.
Frequently asked
Why don't all your products carry the same claims?
Each product is made from different inputs and produced differently. A claim that is true for one is not automatically true for another, so we verify and publish claims per product rather than applying one label across the range.
What does 'verified' mean here?
It means a specific claim has a recorded evidence source, an internal review, and a date. It is not a third-party certification unless the evidence explicitly says so.
Will you add certifications later?
If and when a product is independently certified, we will publish the certificate as evidence and update the claim. We do not display a certification mark before that evidence exists.
