Quotations
A requested quotation is prepared by our team and sent to you in writing. It is an invitation to order for the quantity and delivery district stated, and is not binding on us until you place an order and we accept it.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing with a price, quantity and delivery date. You will be told the date on which delivery can reasonably be expected before you commit.
Product specifications
Each product is produced against a written specification which is shown with the product. We reserve the right to improve a specification, but no change that affects size, unit or material will ship against your order without telling you first.
Claims about materials
We only describe a product's material or handling where it is backed by a verified claim shown on the product page. Where something has not been verified, we say so rather than implying it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you have any question about an order or a quotation, contact us and we will sort it out directly.
